The published route

How the Network works

The entire admission route is visible before you begin. A complete file moves through evidence review, integrity checks, a professional conversation and a written decision.

Day 0
You submit
Same day
Completeness confirmed
Day 5
A senior practitioner has read you
Week 4–6
A written decision, either way
01

Before you start

قبل أن تبدأ

About 30 minutes

What you do

Gather what you will be asked for: your evidence notes, two referees, and about thirty minutes.

What we do

We publish the whole standard in advance, so nothing in the form is a surprise.

02

Your application

تقديم الطلب

At your own pace

What you do

Ten steps, in Arabic or English. Each step saves as you go, and you can leave and return by a secure link.

What we do

Nothing is reviewed until you submit. A partial application is never read.

03

Completeness check

التحقّق من الاكتمال

Same day

What you do

Nothing. If something essential is missing you are told at once, and you can complete it.

What we do

We check the file is complete and internally consistent before it takes a reviewer’s time.

04

Senior review

المراجعة الفنّية

Within 5 working days

What you do

Nothing yet. You may be asked one clarifying question.

What we do

A senior practitioner from the relevant line reads your evidence — the institutions, the mandates, the outcomes.

05

Integrity check

التحقّق من النزاهة

2 working days

What you do

Confirm the disclosures you have already made.

What we do

Conflict, integrity and professional-standing checks against international lists, plus a review of anything you declared.

06

Values calibration

معايرة القيم

10 minutes

What you do

Twenty-one short portraits of people, rated for how much each is or is not like you. Ten minutes, Arabic or English, and you are shown your own result.

What we do

The work reaches supervisory files and unpublished figures, so we discuss judgement openly rather than infer it from a CV. Read as context for the conversation — never a pass mark, never a cut-off.

07

A conversation

مقابلة مهنية

Within 10 days of review

What you do

Offer a few times that suit you, in Arabic or English — your choice.

What we do

Forty-five minutes on your practice. Not a quiz, and not a sales call.

08

References

التزكيات

About 10 working days

What you do

Two referees who can speak to work you actually did.

What we do

We approach them directly, and what they tell us stays confidential.

09

Decision and terms

القرار والتعاقد

5 working days

What you do

Read the terms, ask about anything, and sign what you agree with.

What we do

A written decision either way — and if it is no, the reason why.

10

Onboarding and first mandate

التهيئة والتكليف الأول

First match usually within 90 days

What you do

Set your profile, availability and rate.

What we do

Portal access, an introduction to the line you sit in, and internal matching from the first day.

The rubric, published

You are scored before a human reads a word — so here is the scoring

Most registers keep this private. We publish it, because an applicant who cannot see the standard cannot meet it. On submit, five weighted inputs produce a score out of 100 and route your file to a named desk the same day.

The five scored inputs100 points
25
Yemen and fragile-context exposure
Earnswork delivered inside Yemen, or in a comparably constrained context, with the constraint named.
Costsregional experience alone, or exposure described without saying what made it hard.
25
Years of practice
Earnsdistance above the twelve-year floor and what you carried sign-off on.
Costsyears counted from graduation, or seniority without a decision you owned.
20
Match to specialisations in demand
Earnsa primary code currently in demand, answered through its exact prompt.
Costsbroad claims chosen to widen your surface rather than state your practice.
20
Arabic and English capability
Earnsprofessional delivery in both languages.
Costsreading knowledge or fluency asserted with no work behind it.
10
Commercial clarity
Earnsa rate you will hold, stated once with its basis.
Costsa placeholder or meaningless range. The level of the rate is never scored.

Two layers, not one

The four gates decide whether you are eligible. These hundred points decide only who reads you first, and how soon — they are a queue, not a verdict.

No score admits you and no score declines you. A person does, in writing, either way.

The four screens, by name

Identity verification
Professional-credential checks
Adverse-media search, Arabic and English
Employment-history verification

Only two things stop a submission: withheld consent, and an incomplete file. A disclosure never declines you on its own — it routes the file to a second reader.

≥ 50
Routed to
Chief Executive Officer
First review by the CEO, five working days.
30–49
Routed to
Chief Operating Officer
First review by the COO, five working days.
< 30
Routed to
Partnerships
Held for sourcing context and coverage need.

A low score is not a decline

It routes your file to Partnerships and holds it against coverage need. When a specialisation falls below two active experts, the held files are revisited first.

Then, and only then: the COO recommends, the CEO approves, the COO schedules.

The standard your work meets

Nothing leaves this house unreviewed

Every expert-led deliverable is read on four dimensions before it reaches a client. You receive the notes, and nothing is rewritten behind your back.

Evidence

الأدلّة

Sources, data integrity, and a traceable line from every claim back to a record.

Analysis

التحليل

Method, logic, and whether the conclusions actually follow from the evidence.

Bilingual editorial

التحرير

Arabic and English of equal quality, with terminology consistent across both.

Presentation

الإخراج

Structure, voice and format held to one house standard, whoever wrote it.

After approval

A portal, not a mailing list

On approval you get a profile and a private portal — the single space between us. It is where mandates arrive, work is delivered, questions are answered, and your record is kept.

01

Your engagements

تكليفاتك

Every mandate, its terms of reference, and exactly where it stands.

02

Your documents

مستنداتك

Contracts, deliverables and reports in one place — not scattered across email.

03

Your availability

جاهزيّتك

Capacity, notice period and travel, changed whenever your practice changes.

04

Your record

سجلّك المهني

Delivered work and review notes kept as your history. It is the reason the next mandate finds you.

05

Your payments

مستحقّاتك

Invoices, approvals and payment status, with dates you can hold us to.

06

Your standing

مكانتك في السجل

Where you stand in the register: screening validity, how fresh your evidence is, and what you have been considered for.

Apply by evidence.
Not by introduction.

تقدَّم بالأدلّة، لا بالتوصية.

Register an account, verify your email, and the application opens. A complete application usually reaches a first review decision within five working days.

Next chapter

The worked file
A transparent example of how a reviewer moves from a claimed specialisation to an evidence-bearing decision.
